What can you return?
You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Cherub Capers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Exceptions include parishable products, items of personal nature, and final sales. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
When will you get your refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Cherub Capers offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, if we have something similar. Because the of the nature of Cherub Capers, we have many "one-of-a-kind" items that cannot be replaced. We will extend shoppe credit in this instance.Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us to determine if we must do a refund or issue you a replacement of the exact item. Buyer is responsible for returning in original received condition and pay for the return shipping.
