Exceptions include perishable products, items of personal nature, and final sales. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Yes, if we have something similar. Because the of the nature of Cherub Capers, we have many "one-of-a-kind" items that cannot be replaced. We will extend shoppe credit in this instance.
