You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Cherub Capers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Exceptions include perishable products, items of personal nature, and final sales. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Yes, if we have something similar. Because the of the nature of Cherub Capers, we have many "one-of-a-kind" items that cannot be replaced. We will extend shoppe credit in this instance.
