Amazing hand painted woman is admiring a flower and is wearing vintage look from 1920's to 1930's era clothing. Some of gold detail on base of figurine has worn off. Maker's Mark is Borghese. Borghese figures were manufactured in the USA by Niepold's Inc. of Gaithersburg, Maryland at the beginning of the 20th century until the early 1970's.
See photos for details. There is a tiny crack on her on shoulder.there is some crazing on the base.
